National Survey on attitudes and knowledge about Organ Donation, Canada

Dear Readers:

As part of the requirements of my Master’s of Public Policy degree at Simon

Fraser University, I am currently engaged in research for my final Capstone policy paper.

I am inviting you to participate in a confidential, online survey on the topic of
organ donation rates in Canada. This survey is looking for people living in Canada who are 19 years of age or older to participate; the survey does contain questions involving residency and age in order to meet the criteria of the sample being sought.

There are 66 separate questions in the survey. If you are interested in participating, more information and the survey can be found at:

“An acquaintance of mine who is a graduate student in the Public Policy
Program at Simon Fraser University is currently engaged in research for her Capstone thesis. This research includes a confidential online survey of people living in Canada.
